Reliable Roofing’s Carpentry & Millwork division provided the interior fit-out of a number of bars and restaurants in the Sea Port district of Boston in 2011. This included the Temazcal restaurant. The interior was architect designed with a number of features such as: an arched bar unit, shadow lit columns and coffered ceilings. Items such as the arched bar unit were crafted in our workshop using our computer numerically controlled CNC machine, finished in our spraying facility, assembled into sections and transported to site for installation. The back lit panels were also constructed using the CNC machine. To form the flowing curves the architect’s impression was superimposed onto our machine software and curves had to be re-drawn to create a cutting pattern for the machine tool.
